I really like this app. It will help jumpstart your diet plan if you were doing low-carb or South Beach. I would even recommend it if youre trying to do the Adkins diet because the Atkins diet does not have a very good app. I like it because it allows you to calculate how much you have had to eat that day. I like it because it tells me when I have gone over my calories per day. I also like that it offers recipe ideas and it also has articles. It also has an exercise component that allows you to enter and how much you have been active for a particular day. Which is pretty cool! I have been doing it for about five days. But I think that I will have to go back to stage one periodically so I hope that the app allows me to do this. And I will never go to stage III because I cannot eat grains I can only eat non-gluten foods. Overall Im happy with the app and I do recommend it even though it is 499 per week. This is comparable to what you pay for the weight watchers app. But I did not do weight watchers because I cannot eat gluten! I would definitely recommend it however Im not sure that I will keep paying for it long term.
